At Coava Coffee Roasters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on non-perishable equipment and merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our Portland roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
